人物介绍 1998年9月至2002年6月就读于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院物理学专业;2002年6月获理学学士学位,之后在兰州医学院(后并入兰州大学)工作;2005年9月至2010年6月在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院凝聚态物理专业攻读博士学位,主要从事稀土 SiC 及其稀土掺杂的纳米机构的制备和光电性能研究;2010年6月获理学博士学位,之后留校工作至今。2010年10月-2012年10月在 新加坡 南洋理工大学航天与机械工程学院郑联喜教授研究小组进行为期两年的博士后研究工作,主要从事CNT 纤维材料和CNT 分子结的制备及其性能研究。2013年和2016年先后被兰州大学聘为副教授和青年教授。2016年1月被聘为凝聚态物理专业硕士研究生指导教师。目前,主持和参与国家自然科学基金 4项,参与 甘肃省 自然科学基金1项。 研究方向 1. 稀土掺杂半导体纳米材料的制备及性能研究 2. CNT 纤维及其复合材料的力学、电学性能研究以及在新能源器件中的应用; 3.
